This is one of the WORST establishments I have ever been to. Fast food does not apply to this location. You will wait a while just to order and then wait yet again for your food to be ready. I understand sometimes they are busy, and that's acceptable. EVERY single time it's the same story, busy or not. Now that I got that out of the way, I'll continue on how poor this service is. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, specifically asking that it not be the "Ch'King" sandwich. It is the worst chicken sandwich ever created and burger King should be ashamed of themselves for even selling this. Once I got home, I noticed that both sandwiches were the "Ch'King" sandwiches. Mistakes happen, I get it. I drove back, and went inside the restaurant. When I told the lady behind the counter that I specifically asked not to get these sandwiches, she proceeded to tell me that's all they have. Funny, considering that's NOT the only chicken they have. She then got someone else involved, and was saying that I had an attitude. The supervisor then politely explained to me they no longer have the spicy chicken sandwich and only the regular chicken sandwich is available. Burger King, you have let me down one too many times. Read moreThe staff is completely unprofessional and rude. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, I was ignored at the drive thru speaker. I sat there for five minutes before I drove up to the window. They decided that even though I already paid, and ordered, they were done working for the night. The (assuming manager from the uniform) saw me at the window, stared at me, and continued counting burgers in a black pan, then putting them back where they were. When I finally knocked on the drive thru window, she came over trying to shoo me away, so when I asked for a refund, she said it’s in the app you need to figure it out, we have no food, then she quickly closed the window and walked away. I had to figure out how to do the refund process, and thankfully I did pretty quick, because I received a notification that my order was picked up before hitting submit. So not only did they refuse to make the order, they tried to say they did to avoid giving me a refund. I’ll never be back to this...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service I ever received at a burger King. 1) I said what a nice location when I got there, got NO response. 2) I did not get any greeting from the associate at the window at all even after I said hi, extremely rude. 3) I ordered 8pc nuggets and 8 pc cheesy tots and they rude and refused to give me more than 3 sauces even though they gave me honey mustard which I didn't ask for ,I had fo give sauces back to their cheap selves. They said it corporate policy, I highly doubt that as any other bk location hook it up with the sauce as needed. 4 sauces extremely reasonable for what I ordered. My cheesy tots were not hot either. I called to complain, I don't believe the person whoanswered was really the manager as they said since they did not give Me their name. Will never be back to this location and they may have soured bk for me for a while. I think it was a power trip on top of rude people.. 0/10...
