My cashier today had the most poor customer service skills. I had asked to get two more shells for a tostada, which I've gotten and paid for before. He just stared at the screen then said "No." Without any explanation of any sort. As he was cleaning the store, I asked him what was the reason for this. I don't mind paying for the extra shell. He said his manager told him that he isn't able to do that. However, he never asked anyone. He just said it himself. I asked to speak to a manager. He said there wasn't a manager in store. I really can't believe that there isn't a shift manager to speak with. It's a fast food restaurant and very customizable. Also, I've had gotten it before. Another incident had to do with my friend getting her order wrong. I took it up to the counter and told them that the order wasn't correct, and he said are you sure she didn't order it this way. Of course I'm sure! I am telling you that it was ordered different. Just poor customer service...
Read moreIf you, the reader, love tomatoes, you need to make sure that you come to this Tacobell. No matter what, even if you ask for no tomatoes, they are generous enough to give you MULTIPLE servings of little chunks or red, hard water. Now, mind you, this is not a single occurrence. My wife and I order separately, due to a dietary difference. We have to order separately, because if we don't, my wife ends up with ground beef/refried beans instead of black beans. Or she has to deal with with an unrelated, incorrect protein. But without fail, some goober within the "kitchen" (aka. assembly line) scoops a metric bumload of tomatoes 🍅 onto my wife's food despite her having asked for no tomatoes. Thanks Taco Bell! Also, why do your individuals who you employ feel the need to place my tacos in the bag upside down? I am sincerely curious as to why this happens. I never hassle the people working there. Read moreOrdered supreme chicken tacos on two separate occasions & was given regular chicken tacos. Called to complain & was told on my next visit it would be corrected. I visit today 7/28/25 different manager by name of Kelsey, very rude & aggressive he lied and told me he gave me chicken supreme I pull over check order and it's not correct. I go back through drive thru & tell him. He says you didn't pay for supreme so I cannot give you supreme. I asked why would I complain my order was not correct when I know what I ordered, he said it's not on your original receipt. I mentioned I don't work for Taco Bell so I didn't print the receipt, but I know what was ordered. The crazy part it's the same combo #2 for regular or supreme. I won't be back there again. Waste of time, energy & gas to be treated like I don't know what I eat. Oh yeah corporate office was also notified today. More complaints to follow because Kelsey needs to be re-trained not management...
