beyond frustrating going to this location. it was around 11am, and i ordered prior. i called them and no answer. was calling because the app didn’t allow me to put light ice and this particular location gives you more ice then you could ever need.had work and the drive thru was only one car so i walked in and i stood there for 8 minutes.During that time i tried to get 4 people’s attention, they were all too busy talking amount each other. there was 8 people in behind the counter including a 3-4 year old kid running around distracting everyone that thought it was so funny to watch this kid run back and forth. i said “hello?” 4 times when an older man finally takes my order.. just kidding ! he just stood at the register and took the order for the person at the drive thru even though 4 women were standing directly outside the drive thru window and all had headsets on. they were too busy talking and laughing at that kid behind the counter. it was a family reunion with all those people behind the counter. people of all ages, as young as 3 and as old as what looked like a 65 year old man. i’m not Exaggerating when I say 8 people were there But not a single person could start my order. The man who Was taking someone else’s order on the register in front of me , Walked away and started their order and at this point I’m Gonna be late for work if I don’t leave. I told him about the mobile order, I said I’ve been there for over 10 minutes, And I had to go. This older man puts his finger up and Motions to me to wait even longer. At this point, I’m pissed, No one behind the counter was working And I ordered one single drink prior , not complicated. I then voiced my concerns and said “ What am I waiting for at this point? I ordered ahead and I need to go now” The person who had been ignoring me the entire time said Started to pour regular milk in my drink with a crap ton of ice, I had attempted to stop him in his tracks and asked Why is he putting so much ice and why is he putting regular milk ? I asked him to look at the order, And I repeated that it was supposed to be light ice and oat milk. I wasn’t doing anything fancy, this is how a regular refresher is usually made. he said “no oat milk , what you want ?” It’s almost been 20 minutes now, And I’m still standing in dunkin with no drink , a dam family reunion going on behind the counter and i’m late for work. i told him it doesn’t matter , any milk i have to go. Instead of finishing the drink himself, He hands it off to the gentleman who looked like he was almost 70 years old. why ?? I Sternly said I had to go, Without any urgency, they all continue to laugh, talk and bullshit around. I stood there for over 20 minutes while They had a little shindig working at dunkin. I refuse to enter any Dunkin’ Donuts in trenton anymore, They all suck, And since it’s a family own business, they all act exactly the same way. cheap and slow !!...
Read moreI can't stand this Dunkin. Unfortunately this is my neighborhood store and it always gets my order wrong.
I've been turned away at the opening of store hours being told their coffee AND espresso machines weren't ready for another 20 minutes.
I REALLY don't recommend getting their iced coffee. You'll either get a random flavor (for some reason it always tastes like burnt pumpkin spice), or your body will be really quick to let you know they haven't cleaned their machine (which happens a lot).
They've handed me someone else's order several times. When I try to correct the mistake they argue. In fact, ANY time you try to correct the mistake, they argue it.
And the most aggravating thing is their closing time. The staff will shut down 20-60 minutes prior to their actual closing time. I've been turned away so many times at night. Theyve told me they were out of food and coffee -.- or that they were about to close (30 minutes prior to closing) and I need to come back in the morning.
Take the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Dunkin next to Foley's. I'm saving you a headache and an upset...
Read moreI went here on February 2, 2024. I placed my order using the app and attempted to pick up my food through the drive thru. When I arrived the only thing that was handed to me was two coffees and a doughnut. The rest of my order was missing three sandwiches, two wake up wraps and a Gatorade. I know it was a big order that is why I used the app, I was headed on a road trip to Atlanta. The window worker acted as if didn't understand what I was saying despite having my receipt. I asked to speak to the manager and he said she was in the back but I could come inside. I told him if I wanted to get wet from the rain I would have picked up my order from inside. He still would not get the manager, I told he that he knows that I come there and mobile order every morning and now I will no longer come back. Finally he gave me the rest of my order. I have not been back to that location since then. Like seriously all they had to do was read the receipt and fill my order but instead they gave me what they wanted and gave me a hassle about giving me what I had already...
