Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Had a good first experience. However my second time I felt I was taken advantage of. I mistakenly bought decaf coffee which I thought was hazelnut due to the color and was in a rush my first visit. So I cam back the next day to return them with receipt. I was told they couldn't take food item due to covid, which was fair but then I was allowed to exchange them for regular coffee and k cups. Which is nice, but they put the ones I tried to return back on the shelves, so what was the problem with giving me a refund since they didn't have hazelnut? Couldn't have been covid. I left cause I didn't wanna cause trouble or make it awkward i like to avoid situations like this. Just surprised cause I heard them speak I think Arabic or something so I assume maybe muslim, and surprised they would treat a fellow Muslim or any human with such dishonesty and lack of understanding over money especially since islam teaches good buisness ethics. But regardless of if they are muslim or not, a human should treat a human fairly, it wasn't a crazy experience which is why I gave a 3 star but the deciet is sad. I guess money does change people. I probably won't go back because of this. I feel wierd. They did make a great hot...

100 degrees out today and ordered an ice coffee, mocha, light and sweet. Got an unstirred mocha that was dark and bitter.

Woman at the counter couldn't be bothered to greet me when I said hello to her and seemed inconvenienced because she was counting another register even though there were 4 people behind the counter, one of which on her phone, the other walking around eating something. I also repeatedly said thank you to her to no response.

Place sucks, don't go here. Pretty sure there's 2 other DDs nearby that are well-lit with way better atmosphere and people who are respectful and can manage to mix a coffee.

If I could give 0 Starz I would . Came in today at 8:00am the cashier with the RED nail polish had a slight attitude and on top of that my donuts where COLD . they where obviously not FRESH. At 8Am donuts should be FRESH. They taste like they came out of the fridge. And they just put them on the rack. Not to mention the donut has specs on it like it had fell on the dirty ground . I immediately threw the donut out and didn’t even bother to look at the 2nd one . Definitely will be calling the department of health on this location. the donuts where cold and had specs all over them . Like please do better . How is it 8am and the donuts are cold like they sat...
