I purchased $320 worth sneakers and. Karl Kani Blue Twill Skirt as a gift for my daughter. The Karl Kani Blue Jean dress was defective in that the straps were not sewn correctly and you couldnât adjust them. I called the Nottingham store and couldnât get anyone to answer. Call the Trenton store and the man I spoke with said they should answer. The dress was $55 and I donât live anywhere near the store. I take public transportation unless I can find someone willing to travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would appreciate someone answering the phone so zI can speak to a manager. Either a full refund or a store credit if necessary. I even called and emailed the Karl Kani company and was told they were not responsible for the defective straps and the store whom I purchased it from should refund me and send back to Karl Kani as defective. I throw receipt away because I had no plan to exchange or return anything (who returns socks anyways ) then I found out the rag and went there very next day to get it remove! They completely denied to remove tag. I showed them the transaction from my credit card and requested them to pull up the receipt from their computer system. But guess what they were lazy to do that either. Plus they started blaming me saying I could have stole the socks . Wow .
