Welp what can I say just I was disappointed, the food was not good at all. Like others have described meat without seasoning..I got the taste of freezer!! Like when you thaw a steak and you cook it and it has that yuck taste. My husband ordered chicharrones which were over cooked, the rib eye over cooked and tasted awful. He didnât even finish his food. My skirt steak was nasty to be honest taste like cardboardđĽ˛. My two girls ordered wings and it seems like everyone in Trenton are using this same chicken wings from Restaurant Depot, they definitely did not match the picture.. like others $28 dollar tip was added on their end and my husband still gave a little more. To top off the experience the next morning my husband and I woke up with a stomach ache. The first and last time I will be going there, I think the reviews of 5 starts are complete BS!!!! They must be close friends and asked them to leave a good review, I like to leave honest reviews because always remember You are one âď¸ paying for good food!! To avoid you paying for bad food and regretting âREAD REVIEWSâ also word of mouth which was already told to me but ofcourse curiosity killed the cat. Just because the picture looks good doesnât...

They have a full bar with lots of great cocktails to try or the 'bebidas' which are authentic juices like soursop (guanabana) with or without milk/leche (which is really Carnation milk). Get the guanabana with water, not milk. It's rich enough without the extra calories.
Combined with an informal atmosphere that plays Latin music from all over, anyone who's been to San Juan PR, Santo Domingo DR or Medellin will be comfortable ordering and enjoying everything Encanto has to offer. 100%.
Some notes...
After a busy day of real estate appointments, I met a friend for dinner. I'm so happy we came here because it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We each had a drink - I had a delicious mango margarita and she had a dirty martini. We split the Maduro con queso (plantains with cheese). The plantains were perfectly fried and the cheese was just enough. It was the perfect blend of sweet and salty. For dinner I had the chicken with hawaiian sauce. The chicken was tender, the sauce was flavorful - not to heavy, but not too thin - just right. I selected the coconut rice and salad as my side dishes. The coconut rice was amazing - it paired perfectly with the hawaiian sauce. The salad was fresh and delicious (spring mix, cucumbers, tomatoes, and mango). The blend of the salad was perfection. My friend had the chicken with mushrooms and she said it was great. The portions are generous. The ambiance is uplifting. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely recommend Encanto to my clients. I can't wait...
