They mess up our order every time if it’s not breakfast. They messed it up AGAIN tonight, leaving out 2 things from our order. When I asked about discounting the price, since we have to waste more gas to go back and get what they left out and the manager says, “um no ma’am.” Never an, “I’m sorry, “ nothing. We did have another item in the order but since it wasn’t rung up I told her I wasn’t worried about it, as she’s reciting my entire order as if I don’t know what I ordered. You can’t get good food in Hamilton and the fast food here has gone to absolute crap. This is why we can’t keep anything locally except chain “restaurants” like this, because 9 times out of 10, I’d rather drive out of town to get food than to go to the same places over and over where the fries are cold, the order is wrong, and when you call or go up there to get it resolved, you get some offended girl with an attitude, as if you messed the order up and not her. 😂 the only good thing about Jacks is the breakfast. Period. Speaks volumes on the manager that is working 2/14/25 at 9:30 PM. Read moreThis used to be a decent Jacks, but it has really gone downhill. Over the past 6 months I have went inside to eat quiet a number of times and have been disappointed at how dirty the place is. We always have to end up cleaning our own table and the kids highchairs are filthy. On my most recent visit, all of the unsweet tea containers had sweet tea in them and it tasted old and sour at that. The beverage counter was sopping wet with melted ice and spilled tea as well as the floor around it. It's sad and unfortunate really. I probably won't be visiting this location anymore. Maybe Jacks should consider hiring someone just responsible for keeping the place clean during each shift. I really don't expect anything to be done about it. After reading other reviews I do see where the company has acknowledged the bad comments, but I haven't seen where they have really taken them seriously. Read moreI AM SICK OF TAKING AN HOUR JUST TO RUN AND GET THEIR FOOD. I promise, it is at least 5 minutes per car in the drive. My car has no a/c so I am suffocating in 95 degree weather as I’m seeing people wait in line and then drive off every single time! Because you guys are taking so long. Twice I went and got wings today and BOTH times there was no sauce. My wife’s wings are cold right now because of the long wait. I literally went straight home after I picked them up. This is a great way to run people off. I will give this place one more chance but if I have to wait another 15-20 minutes in the drive thru being the 4th person in line, be served cold food with no condiments, get poor customer service one more time, you will not have my services ever again!
