I wanted a Sub using the 6.99 footlong and downloaded the app. (2star app). The only place using this deal was Hamlet Subway. I ordered my sub and got my wheelchair out and went inside. Very nice people working and the place was clean for an old out of date place. They were out of Turkey for the big 15 dollar sub but double the ham for me. Turned out great and tasty 😋. 10s across the board for this location. The handsome young man was pleasant and accommodating. He offered to bake my favorite cookie, the Raspberry-Cheesecake. However, they were out, and I found a cool substitute! But his professional demeanor and positive disposition made this a memorable customer experience, and I sincerely appreciate it! Funny thing, I wasn't really that hungry, but the feel-good vibes in this place made me want to splurge a bit! The workers are nice and try their best to give you a good experience, however, for the last 2 months it seems as though the person over ordering supplies has not been doing a good job. They were out of Doritos for over two weeks only to get them and run out again the following week. They have also been out of mayo, cold cuts, drink lids, and straws over the last few months. Also the white bread seems to be older and have a hard crust over the past month or so.
