J J Hoffmans Creamery — Restaurant in Hampstead

We’ve been to D’Creamery many times and the food has been OuTSTANDING! To the Chefs- the care you put into your food has me wowing in my seat! From around the room, happy customers filter out and holler their approval at the chefs that come out and care how their food tastes. It makes my day to see their face light up. They really care about their food here! The breakfast has always been flavorful and filling! My husband and I recently we just had lunch there for the first time! Truly a staple in our eat out life, the food from this place has never disappointed.

One thing I would like to input, the servers are super sweet, yet not very attentive. That might just be me and my experience. From what I remember the last three times I’ve been, I’ve had to bother other staff for condiments, refills, how the food was tasting.. because the server hadn’t checked on us for awhile, or was nowhere to be found.

Just please make sure servers are paying attention to customers because the experience is a dual rating when it comes to a restaurant business! We definitely will keep coming just for the food, if anything. You guys truly run what I call “An Absolute Community Staple”

This ice cream creamery is a lovely place to take the family and pick up a little ice cream treat for your dog. Everything is fresh and delicious. You can mix and match to your hearts content in this comfy little shop. Though recently there was a change in straws. Don't get me wrong, I am pro less plastic and all, but the recycled straws make the milkshakes have a foamy texture and change the taste to be a bit more papery. Aside from that, we recommend it!

This place has the best ice cream in Hampstead! There are endless flavors you can chose from, and a wide variety of toppings as well. I have never gotten the same flavor here twice. They also have a wall where people put up pictures of their cats and dogs, so if you are an animal lover, this place is the perfect place for you.
