Ordered online went there to pick up and came back out to my car and saw I was blocked in by a little blue car that was not parked in a designated lined space. Called the store told them and started to describe the car that had me blocked and the girl told me it’s ok to be there if it’s on the side of the building and I proceeded to tell her it was not on the side but in the very middle of the parking lot that was also preventing other cars to get out on that end and I was hung up on. Called customer service asking for the corporate number that they claimed to did not have to give out. Ridiculous anywho spoke with someone else and gave description of car so she would have to contact the store to have them announce it to be moved after I made the suggestion. Low and behold an employee comes out carrying pizzas and moves the car when he leaves 20 minutes later. I get home discover the wings are missing from my $50 plus order. Call the store and they claimed my order was not even picked up yet. Talked to manager while in the way back being on hold for over 10 minutes and discussed that I should somehow be compensated because by now the rest of my food is cold including the wings and she credited me $5.00. Which it is what it is but when I got there I saw the same driver and told him that where he parked was not a space and he is blocking people and he came out of his mouth “ you can just back out” Why should I have to back out of any space when I’m parking within the lines. And if somebody was parked behind me like they were before I would have not been able to just back out. That where he parked was for the drivers and I did not know anything. Last time I checked I was a customer and that store should get zero stars in my book. The manger apologized and told me that’s where he parks. I told her maybe there should be signs up “ beware our rude drivers park here with no care about our customers or blocking them in so don’t park anywhere near the front of the building part of the parking lot even though there are other actual spaces for our drivers close to the building.” First and last time at this Pizza Hut. Was called 10 minutes later and was asked if I could come in to pick up my order, the delivery person had car issues, I said no problem at all. The lady on the phone then stated she would give me 50% off my order. Well great no problem at all. I drove over here to pick my order up. They couldn't find my order the gentleman said, a few seconds later a woman walked up to the door and said can you move your car you are taking up 3 driver's spots. 😂 I look out and said oh I'm sorry I will be rite out. She said no move it now please! I said there's other parking spots available if you need to park immediately! No move your car now he is going to be a few minutes to get what you need anyway she stated. I turned around the gentleman said oh your order wasn't made it's going to be about 8 minutes. I said okay, then asked is the manager available? He stated that the woman who was demanding me to move my car was the manager. I was literally in this establishment for 2 minutes there we're no signs posted that stated it was the driver's parking spots, I always order online, this is my first time ever coming here. To be so rude and impatient as a manger with customers is sad. I ordered from here so often guess I will now look for something else! People fail to realize customer service go along way. Read moreI usually choose this Pizza Hut specifically if I am having one of those "Scattered-Mom" days and seem to be running late from one task or errand to the next all throughout the day. No matter how busy they are I promise you I can walk into this Pizza Hut and I am always greeted Politely and Professionally...and Happily and by that time I need a friendly face. I can order in person and I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 15-18 minutes to be honest, every member of the staff and management are all equally thorough and conciencious never rushing me with the ordering, and then again when it's ready having me peak and be sure I am happy with my order before I pay, again never rushing me. I must say especially in our "post Covid" workforce in which most people have noticed a decline in customer service or eagerness to please It would be my absolute opinion that the entire staff here sets the bar to an entirely new level! I am always happy with the service, product, price, and personality and professional employees this establishment has been fortunate enough to staff.
