White rice NOT fresh and far from restaurant quality today at lunchtime. Tso chicken the chef did not make spicy like I said twice 2x. Egg roll and food too much fermentation flavor like old sauce. I called back after I bit into the egg roll. a cook answered and I told himthey use too much fish/oyster sauce. That took 5 minutes to convey I asked for extra spicy, and there was no heat in the meal at all. ....If I want to taste fermented fish flavor all up the general tso I will go to the seafood dealer next to the 7-11 and ask for a shot glass of juice from the bottom of the ice chest to marinade the chicken in. With chicken you chew for over 1 minute. The flavor notes of fish spitting the dry chicken shreds out after chewing the fast- wok with careless undercooked, under developed sauce. After trying their food and writing this. my mouth still tastes like I have held a scaly fish from a lake in it.
