Citi Trends — Local services in Hampton

Chose this location because it was convenient to where I live. Went in looking for an outfit. There were 3 employees and no other customers in the store, yet no one asked me if I needed any assistance or asked if I needed help finding something. I did need the help but found it myself. There is a huge selection of stylish, affordable clothes. The quality and sizing of the clothes though varies by what you buy. Some of the lack of quality you can CLEARLY see in the clothes in stitching, ink printing on the fabric, uneven logos, et cetera. My visit was okay until it was time to check out. There were no customers in line and all three employees were at the register talking and I had to wait for them to call me to the register to get checked out. Made me feel like I interrupted their conversation..... Never acceptable. I had another issue but I'll save these ladies true embarrassment. Not sure how they...

The employees are the best. I get great deals on name brand clothing at amazing prices. My only problems with the store are that there are no carts and its always hot in there. Stores that are too warm all the time make for uncomfortable shopping experiences. Shopping for many items is difficult when you have to carry everything around or run back and forth to the register to have your items "held" until you finish shopping. The prices and the people do get a 5 star...

The parking lot was basically empty when I got there so I thought they were closed. Upon entering the store I was not greeted as the two cashiers were conversing amongst themselves. I kindly asked for help finding swimwear and I was informed that they have absolutely none. The cashier was not friendly about it and seemed almost glad to give me the bad news.
