I keep trying to give this Subway chance after chance and they never miss an opportunity to disappoint. Never again. This morning (January 10th, 8:45 am) my daughter and I go in to find one employee making sure each corner of the bags of chips is perfect, no one behind the corner, no one in the restaurant. The visible employee then yells for an unseen employee. 30 seconds go by. The visible employee stands there doing nothing and yells for an unseen employee two more times. 2 or 3 minutes after watching the visible employee watch for the invisible employee to appear while doing nothing, we just turned and left. They didn't toast it, no salt and pepper, no vinegar, no mayo (dry as a bone). This is definitely not the first time they have messed up. The number listed everywhere is not the correct phone number or they just don't ever answer (I told them about this the last time they screwed up and I drove back over there). The register was not working to wit we can pay and after troubleshooting for about 20-30 minutes (over the phone), you can imagine how restless customers were getting. What happens to the sandwiches after they’ve already been made? Do they throw them out?
