First, I get patched into a call center in only God knows what country! Ordering was simply a nightmare! Getting a straight answer about a deal or best bang for my buck was impossible! $26.00 for a medium, 3 topping pizza with a 20oz pepsi? Are you kidding me? 😳 I could have gotten 2 pizzas for less. I don't mind $7 for delivering, but how much should you tip on top of that? Finally I get a person IN Fowlerville to answer. A pretty level headed and apologetic man, that couldn't make any changes to my order because a manager would have to do that. Self-proclaimed General Manager Nathan gets on the phone with a "we are closing and I don't have time for your B.S. lady" attitude says "that's the price"! I told him I could have gotten a better deal on a larger pizza per their website. " No, that would cost more!" I told him to cancel my order and refund my money. HE HUNG UP ON ME!! WHAT? I called back and asked him if he had hung up on me to which he replied "NO, the conversation was over". I started to tell him I wanted some sort of reference number for my refund and he hung up on me again. There's more to this story . for example when I went up to get a receipt for my refund, he gave it to me, and when I asked where it showed the amount he ripped it out of my hand and said "right there, do you see the zeroes?" He told me to get the F out and go take my bad day out on someone else. Read moreWould not recommend this place to anyone. Was told by their “call center” to meet them in 15 minutes at a certain location because they do not deliver out where we live. We thought that was kinda odd so we asked if they could be ready that quick and they replied they could. After driving to location of where we are agreed upon, and waiting 40 minutes my wife called in and got through to the actual store. We were told that the driver just got back back and they were on their way. I called in 15 minutes after my wife talked to them and the manager told me that he “just talked to my wife,” and that he had no control on what the call center told us. I stated, “they are part of your company and they’re representing them poorly,” and he Continued to say they have no control on what they tell customers. I’ve been sitting waiting over an hour now and no one has showed up. I ended up leaving and my wife called in to cancel the order. This place needs to work on their customer service badly. Again, I would never recommend this place nor order from here again....

My wife called and placed the order and told them that we Received this coupon and she was told that all we had to do was show it at the counter and we would be all set, well not so much. I drove 10 minutes there to pick it up and I showed my coupon and the boy at the counter would not take it and tried to charge me full price and tried to tell me that it was not for this location and it was clearly printed at the very top of the coupon “ Fowlerville 601 W Grand River “ the boy wanted to continue to tell me I was wrong and charge me full price so I said thank you, have a nice night and walked out without my order.
