At first, I was wondering why it was taking a while to get it done, but then I realized the man was making the tortillas from scratch! For that, I'd wait all day. They were soft and warm, delicious. The menudo was absolutely fantastic. It was well seasoned and the tripe was well cooked and not fatty or greasy. The gentlemen were both courteous and friendly. It may be a little hole in the wall, but it's busting with passion in their food and service, it shows. I think it's under new management, because I've had other food here before a while back and it was nothing to write home about, but this time they hit the mark.
