Cassano's The Pizza King — Restaurant in Hannibal

I don't do a lot of Google reviews, but felt it necessary to review Cassano's in Hannibal. After attending a funeral, we all went to Cassano's to eat. Two long tables, 12-14 at one, 8-10 at the other. Our end of the table was waited on first. A lovely young lady came and took our drink orders, and a few moments later our drinks arrived. She then proceeded to take our food order. At this time another employee came up and said young lady was getting ready to leave and therefore, other employee proceeds to take our food orders. I was on a ticket by myself. Appetizers were ordered by some. A short while later apps showed up and were good I was told. Then pizzas started arriving. The guy across the table from me and I did not get pizzas. At this time another patron came in, sat down, and ordered. Pizza and sandwiches arrive for the other end of our table. The other long table of our group gets their food. Still no pizza for me and the other guy. Server comes back by about 10 mins later and tells me and other guy our pizzas were in the oven and would be done soon. About 5 minutes later the guy across from me gets his pizza. I sit for a period of time, and notice the patron that arrived at another table AFTER we ordered got his pizza. Few moments later server shows up and asks our end of the table if we needed anything else. REALLY?? So, the person sitting to my left said, "yes, a pizza". Server looks at her and said "what pizza"? At this point I was DONE, you hear me, done! I looked at her and said "you know what, don't bother bringing my pizza. I don't want it now." Server replies "are you sure?". My reply: "no, I wanted it 20 mins ago. Everyone here is done eating, why would I want it now?". Server: "do you want me to box it up for you?". Me: "no, thank you. Keep the damned pizza". One of the people at the table told server I shouldn't be charged for my drink. Server: "I wasn't going to". At this point I wanted to use restroom before my long ride home, while in the restroom, I was told later, the server sat the tickets for our table down next to one of the patrons and told that patron to basically do her job and figure out the checks ourselves (my words about doing her job). And, on our way out, we noticed the young lady who had us to begin with was still working behind the counter, so we were puzzled as to why we were told she had to leave. This was the first and last time my husband and I will ever eat at this place again. We arrived at 6:50pm and it took our waitress Courtney 10 minutes to actually greet us and take drink orders and bring them to the table. It wasn't real busy. We ordered BBQ wings, cheese garlic bread, and a pizza. We asked for the wings and bread first. Order was placed at 7:04pm and at 730pm our appetizers still weren't brought to us. The customers that came in after us though, got their appetizers and drinks within 10 minutes after they sat down. We finally got our waitress attention and she said I'll go check on them. I watched her walk behind the counter and stand there for a couple minutes then came back and said the cook is making them I'm sorry we are really busy. As I was asking her why customers that arrived after we did get there food first and letting her know that it doesn't take over 30 minutes to make appetizers, she went back and came out with our wings and bread and said be careful they are hot. The bread was cold and the wings were not done. When the pizza came out it was hot but wasn't great. My husband had to wait over 10 minutes to get a refill on tea. When I told our waitress about the wings still having blood inside them, she did nothing. We got up and paid our ticket, and I asked to speak with the manager. It took the manager Linda over 5 minutes to come talk to us. As we were waiting you could see in the kitchen and prep area, where there was food all over the floor. Grease caked on the floor. The kitchen floor had not been swept in a long while. There was no sanitation buckets at any of the 2 stations you were able to visibly see and finally when I did get to talk to the manager, she was very unprofessional. She tried to over talk and hurry us our before I could just let her know that the food was undercooked. She yelled out the waitress we have asking to bring our food to her across the restaurant as people were standing there and sitting trying to enjoy their meal. She loudly said I'm not refunding your money, I never asked her to, I was just trying to let her know about the food so she could let the cooks know so that nobody got sick. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. My husband and I go out to dinner alot and this is the first time we have ever had rude staff. Opinions/Facts 1 opinion it is my opinion that Tyler and Ashley who happened to work for Cassano's and one is a manager excuse me both are managers it is my opinion that they are either on drugs or just dumb as hell facts my fiance ordered food her order was not correct she called back she was told by Ashley that she was going to replace part of her order I was sitting beside my fiance when this call was placed as his conversation is going on I think Miss Ashley was like on some spaceship or some or something because when my fiance called back to take advantage of them messing up half of her order they seem to have been oblivious actually was supposed to have written something left some kind of information but I think she was too busy trying to cover her mistakes now Tyler Tyler Tyler is supposed to be a manager as well so he said what I don't understand is if Ashley's a manager and Tyler's a manager why can't one manager correct another manager's mistake or just take the matter into his own hands once he or she learns the matter at hand and make their own judgment if not mistaken I think some managers would do that just to kind of please their customers but once again I think maybe Tyler's too drugged up or whatever that's my opinion fact is my fiance and myself spent too much money on the food their prices are a little Beyond reasonable if the food is up to par but when you get screwed on your food and then you got one manager who makes a mistake another manager can't correct the mistake that the first manager made I mean that whole circus seems to me maybe need to be shut down I mean come on man anywhere I spend my money if my order is not correct I feel I should be able to at least be compensated either financially or having my order remade I guess Cassano's feels as though they're Above All That I hope this review touches a couple readers and that way you'll save a little money and if you don't listen to what I'm saying and you just want to try it anyway when they mess up your order hopefully you won't have to talk to Tyler or Ashley Tyler's probably too high Ashley I think I don't know she probably got abducted by aliens at some point or something but anyway Cassano's you should...
