Hardee's — Restaurant in Hannibal

First off I'll start with the good thing about this Hardee's. The food was good, and the workers were nice. Now the bad part. When I walked in the door, I walked to the restroom. In the restroom, the urinal would not flush at all, and after I washed my hands, I had to push a very rusty, nasty button to dry my hands under the hand dryer, which didn't work. I had to wash my hands AGAIN! Finally, I dried my hands off with a paper towel and went to order. There was one person in front of me in line, and it took the cashier at least 5 minutes from the time I got there, to the time the person was done ordering. They had a drink dispenser, of course, but the Powerade section didn't have Powerade in it, it had water. Now normally this would be okay, but I get a suicide of hi-c orange and Powerade. I put in the hi-c orange, then I pushed for Powerade, and what comes out? Water. If you don't think that is bad, almost everyone will dislike the next and final comment on my post. I was eating, and I noticed something strange on the wall near the side door. I'm still 99.9% sure about it, but there was something black on the wall. It looked like many black polka dots, about the size of a penny. Like I said, I'm 99.9% sure that what I saw is what I think it is. IF I'M CORRECT, THERE IS BLACK MOLD, I REPEAT BLACK MOLD IN THE RESTAURANT!!!!! THAT IS A MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATION, AND WOULD AUTOMATICALLY SHUT DOWN THE RESAURANT UNTIL IT IS FIXED!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! IT COULD BE...

Most of the time their food is good but they are very, very slow at getting to you. Many times we have been there and not gotten the best waitresses/waiters. Then there are times when we have especially friendly servers. This is the place where you're definitely taking a chance on getting friendly, fast service. If they would improve this more people would visit I'm sure. Another gripe of mine is their music selection. I have been there when it's been worse than Hard Rock and loud. But that seems to have toned down lately. I am a Music lover but that wasn't music LOL. Also it can be very cold in this place. You'll just have to try it out and judge for yourself. I wish I had better things to say. There is one good thing...they're always clean and their bathrooms are clean as well. And they do not seem to mind if you linger to have coffee. They do have Wi-Fi which is a great Plus! I wish they would improve their breakfast menu to have more things like yogurt and oatmeal. They have a very good lunch and dinner menu. A little friendly service would go a long way with this restaurant and faster service would be...

Every time my family goes here they mess up our order. It can just be with messing up the food or asking for ketchup or strawberry packets in the drive thru and them not giving us them. I went there today and we asked for ketchup and strawberry jam packets and the lady working the drive thru said she would give us some but she asked us to pull forward and when she go to our car with the food we asked her if she had put the packets in the bag and she said yes so we got on with our road trip and she hadn’t given us them or any utensils or napkins.
