This place is NOT 24 hours. Although that’s what it says on Google. Pulled up at 9:23pm, one employee saw me and he shut off all the lights. Another employee was wrapping up a drive-thru customer. Then they proceeded to shut off the open sign. So I figured maybe the drive-thru is open. Nope, that was closed too. So we decided to drive over to the location at Clock Tower. Workers informed me that the same owner owns both and that the other location should still be open. If times are shortened then it would be nice if they’d list this on-line and/or on their door. Horribly, I bought 5 $1.49 medium ice creams and a $1.99 donut cup, came out too $16.00! I have 4 kids so I value money. Called the baskin robbins back, they basically laughed at me, saying you bought it you eat it, they said you paid for the "cup" even though the price of the medium cup was $1.49 on the board. He then asked me if I had the receipt, I said no, my son saw him toss the receipt in th garbadge. So that didn't help. Absolutely terrible after midnight. I live in the area and have some friends that always want to stop by here late, but 6 out of eight times we were left waiting because there was no one up front. Not only that, but about three weeks ago I asked for an Oreo shake and the cashier looked at me as if I insulted his whole bloodline and even squinted his eyes as if he trying to intimidate me into telling him to forget it!
