We ordered 2 appetizers and only got one appetizer. Everyone got the entrées except for me, so she must of looked at her order pad and saw she didn't order 2nd appetizer and still didn't get it right because I got a kids meal. She brought the kids meal to meal, and I said I didn't order this. So she asked what did I order and went over to the register to oder my entrée. Este restaurante está bajando mucho su cálida en todos los sentidos. El día de hoy 01/11/2025 fui a comer a las 4:20pm había una persona fuera tratando de habrir la puerta y estaba cerrado me acerqué porque mire dos persinas adentro y un letrero que decía habríamos a las 3pm ya eran las 4:20 una señora los habrio la puerta diciendo que aún no llegaba la cajera y que si quería pasar entramos y nadie nos tomaba la orden la cosinera nos comentó que era un desastre total que estaba supuesta a llegar a las 12 pm y que no podía ve de nada porque no había cajera, finalmente llegó la cajera entró a la cosina diciendo que no había alcanzado a limpiar la noche anterior y hablando de su vida personal después de casi 15 minutos salió una muchacha diciendo que no podía atendernos que solo para llevar que irresponsable persona ni si quiera salí a disculparse mando una muchacha la cosí era dijo que desde que el hijo era el encargado había un descontrolen el restaurante, también el clima estaba extremadamente frío como un congelador nunca volveremos a ese lugar, si no pueden atender el negocio que lo remuevan de las redes sociales para que no se anuncie que habré a una hora y cuando llegas allá ahe un cartelón con otro horario y después llegar discutiendo de todos sus asuntos personales y que no limpiaron la cosina la noche anterior entonces tampoco están limpiando como debe de ser pero para la propina si están bien listos te la cobran en el recibo nunca más volvemos a ese lugar menos por que nos dimos cuenta que no...
