The chick who works in the mornings didn't want to answer the phone she picked up and hung up twice on me before finally taking my order it seemed she was annoyed anyone would place an order at lunch hour. I mentioned the Facebook coupon and she said it was gonna b 20 minutes for a single large sausage pizza. I arrived and my presence seemed to annoy her even more. I showed her the Facebook coupon that is only eligible at this location posted by this location and she acted as if it was sketchy I had such a coupon. I arrived 20 minutes after my call like she said it would be and I still waited another 20 minutes. So it took them 40 minutes for a single thing I can't imagine what it would've been like had I ordered more. It wasn't busy or swamped at the place. No excuse for poor work ethic. If you hate your job that much don't come in and take it out on customers who support your local place and help you keep your job.
Edit Placed an order for just sides off their menu. ordered the cream cheese jalapeño poppers mozzarella sticks Bosco sticks. Drove over 30 minutes later and when I get to the restaurant they make me wait five more minutes. after five minutes they say they don’t have the cream cheese jalapeño...
Read moreFirst order with Taylor Street Pizza. Ordered food on the website, 3 xl pizza's and 1 small cheese pizza. Information online gave me a time the pizza's would be ready. I went to pick up after that time and the food was still not ready. Then after waiting about 10 minutes, they told me they did not realize it was for 3 pizzas and not one, so another 10 minutes.
Had a hungry group of roofers waiting, so I was disappointed that they were not ready at the time provided, and they didn't review the order well enough to have it completed.
The pizza is not bad, but the pick-up was horrible. They did compensate with a 2-liter.
There are plenty of other pizza places around that...

I get that places are short staffed, but it shouldn't have taken one hour and 15 minutes to get a call our food isn't coming when it was scheduled to be delivered around 6pm. Now I have a two young kids past dinner time and scrambling to figure out what to feed them quickly.
