Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I've been coming here to purchase ice cream and today for some reason, one of the girls cashier DT was rude and her costumer service was bad the date and time I visited was 7:10pm date 07/02/23 I decided to walk up to the window and ordered an ice cream sundae with peanuts, I said I wanted peanuts on one of the sundaes and I did not get them, on my other order I ordered oreo blizzards and as soon as she gave me the oreo blizzards one of them she put the cap over the cup it was sloppy melting of getting on my hands I asked can I please get another cup holder since I had 3 sundaes 2 blizzards plus 2 ice cream cones she saw that I was struggling as soon as she put one of the blizzards in the cup holders she was trying to fit everything on the cup holder I'm can I get one more cup holders and she said no its against the store policy to give another one out im not bothered about the ice cream melting im bothered about her service she could have giving me another cup holder to help out since my order wasn't small it...

This is the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. It’s perpetually understaffed but this time was the last straw. We arrived and parked at 8:30pm got in a line of about 5 people. The staff did not take a single order from the line until they came to window at 8:55 pm to declare they would take the order of the first person in line, but that would be the final order.
