This place is absolutely horrendous and the employees are even worse. Save your time and money don’t even bother ordering here. Multiple times my order has been burnt, wrong or items missing and I have let it slide sometimes whatever. Lately the last 3 times I ordered my food was burnt and today was literally my last straw, worked all morning and night decided to order delivery.. The food takes almost 2 hours to get to my address, food is burnt everything I ordered burnt, I have a toddler who loves dominos but when the food is burnt he cannot eat it he’s 2. So today I had the time and called for a refund, the employee who took my call was rude but said I would get a refund I ended the call. About 30 mins go by I received an email offering me free pizza to make up for this, I called back asking for a refund to my payment method. The worker was rude stated he did not want to make my food and that your store did not want me ordering from them, so I went off to say I would never order from there again after today that is a promise. He went on to argue and say everyone has bad days and that they were glad if I didn’t order there anymore. I handed the phone to my spouse cause I just lost patience and the worker went on to argue with my spouse “Stop ordering from here please” he went as far as telling us to show up to the store to see him in person. Beyond unprofessional. Said it was not the stores fault that the food was burnt cause it gets cooked on a belt, just don’t sent it out then??? that’s ridiculous spent almost $30 on burnt food and then have to fight for my money back😭 Y’all are ridiculous and need to do better, very uneducated. When I asked for the workers name he gave me Randy Lahey … lol from Trailer Park Boys? They clearly take the job as a joke, refusing to make my order right and then refusing my refund. If a manager wants to reach out I can provide all the pictures to the last orders I have received that have been BURNT. Don’t order here, anywhere...

The manager who was on last evening which would have been the 9th of January when I did get them on the phone around 2:05 a.m. was rude and refused to help me in any way shape or form. I told him after two hours of waiting and 45 minutes of hold time that as a loyal customer who orders once to twice a week from that location I'm never going to give them my business again. He failed to care and hopefully Jessica can give me some answers later today. As a retail manager, I don't understand how a manager can give that attitude to a customer who orders that frequently from them. Not only do I want to talk to the store manager but believe it I will be contacting corporate on Monday there is no reason why someone should have to go through two hours of waiting and not get a phone call not get a text message or anything else explaining why their order is taking two hours. Read moreI have just had the worst experience ever at this Dominos today. So I order a large order of food about a week ago where they forgot to give me my lava cakes I called the store and the Manger Scott was so nice at the time to give me a store credit of $15 so today 9/20/23 my daughter and I go in to retrieve my credit and they were so rude and disrespectful they gave us uncooked lava cakes and parm bites were merely cooked then they rewarmed the parm bites up that came out dark and burnt from all the garlic that they put on it so we like ok whatever let's see what happens it left a bad taste in my mouth literally and I don't think I will ever eat from here again even if the food is free I'm so ready to call corporate office and complain about this and after I gave them such a good compliment to another customer but I sodemly swear I take it back I feel completely labeled out because of my color and I'm serious hurt so if I was you check your food ever time you order from this place on San Soui I wish I would have taken a picture of...
