Starbucks — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I came in asking for a vanilla iced latte , took one sip and legit tasted like a cup of milk .asked to get another one which then the drive thru girl looked at me like I was crazy . Further , supposedly they made me a “new” one but yet used the same cup , same sticker ? I think they just added another shot and called it a day. I decided to call and speak to the manager . Mind you I had already called corporate on them once for rude service before Once I spoke to Mary it was downhill from there she sounds like she hates her job with her monotone voice and basically dismisses me . I asked to speak to her boss and she said “ he’s going to tell you the same thing or you can call corporate “ Corporate agent was very helpful once I explained to her the situation and she was able to pull up my complaint from a couple months ago . Which is exactly what I did . DO NOT GO HERE THE ONE ON SUTTON IN STREAMWOOD IS WAYYYY BETTER AND BETTER...

I recently went caffeine free not by choice by doctors request but I consume decaf... I know it still contains a little bit of caffeine but for me being a absolute Starbucks fanatic/ consumer it's been really hard to find a decaf coffee with the same strong bitter taste and has to smell great too.. I regret not getting the gentleman's name who assisted me and gave me the best decaf coffee with cherry flavor I've had since transitioning.. I tip my hat because I have been to several locations all around Chicago, either they don't have any ready or they give me some that didn't taste this great! Waited 16 mins for a tea then I get to the window they made the tea but set it to the side while she trains someone so now that an additional 6mins when I asked what’s the issue my tea is sitting right there the manager looks at me and pauses for 20 seconds just to say we are training (like everyone in line which is backed up doesn’t have a place to be) like literally she had me waiting for no reason after I handed over my money she should’ve handed me my tea as soon as it was made but noooo I felt so disrespected because you are on my time I should’ve never had to wait a total of 21mins altogether for a tea … it’s ridiculous every time I come here I’m disappointed I...
