Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Went to get lunch for a couple co workers and myself on our lunch break. We both got the new "grilled cheese burrito box." I paid for the whole transaction with my debit card. There was an imbedded hair in the cheese of the burrito. Called Taco Bell to notify them of findings. Was asked to come back for another meal, explained that I couldn't due to being at work. Staff member was then talking to manager very loudly saying that there was not even anyone with dark hair there preparing food and said I was a liar. I confronted staff that I heard everything that was just said about me and no in fact I am not a liar. Manager then got on phone, had no intentions of making the situation right. All in all very disappointed and disgusted and will not be eating there...

The quesadilla my daughter ordered was burnt and had actual carbon attached to it.

I ordered 4 hard shell standard tacos and one of them was the sorriest most under filled anemic taco I've ever seen in my entire life!

The only reason I did not take it back was at the request of my child who asked just to leave it alone; so out of respect for her I obliged. I hope they get it together there and start caring about the food they're serving. The way I see it is if they dont care about making sure thier patrons get what they pay for what else do they not care about; like cleaning, or keeping a sanitary work...

25 minutes in a drive thru line was way to much time to spend there. Silly me I went back again 2 days later and 10 minutes waiting on a freeze only to get to the window and handed the wrong size. I explained I wanted the large the young lady took my drink and put it on the counter then she shut the window, the manager looked at me as she grabbed a large cup then picked up the full small cup and dumped it in the large cup and on the floor all while she is still staring at me. I thought, this to be very very rude. Intimidation isn't the way to get...
