Would give overall, service, and atmosphere each a 0 star rating, but had to give 1 in order to post. Immediately upon walking in to get lunch on our road trip back home we were instantly able to tell we were entering an unfriendly atmosphere. No one at counter to take our order, so we had to order at the kiosk in which no printer paper was in to get a receipt. So we then had to wait at the counter until someone from the back came out to hand us our receipt and give us our glasses. No Coke syrup in the self serve area where you had to get your drinks since staff wouldn’t fill them for you. We ordered 3 combo meals for the 3 of us and they kept passing us by to give single customers their smaller orders and running orders out to cars, we eventually got tired of waiting so got up to wait for our order. After about a minute, a lady working their turned around and gotten in to an argument with my father whose name was on the order and had a problem with giving us our order. We then had to proceed to get back up and go to the counter two more times in order to get my mom’s onion rings and our sauces that we ordered. When going up to get the onion rings she stated she knew about it and that the people in the back were still working on it. I had a nonverbal reaction to that and she proceeded to have a negative attitude towards me and smacked her lips with a verbal comment. When asking for our sauces we stated which ones we wanted and how many and she only gave us one of them and when we brought that up she said she didn’t hear that request. As a white family and her being a woman of color I would hate to assume that this was a racially motivated altercation on her behalf. There were constant arguing and throwing of food and kitchen items between members of staff in the back. Some tables in the dining area were unclean, bathrooms were destroyed; toilet paper all over the floor, bathroom objects pulled away from the wall making it practically unusable, and empty soap dispensers. The play area was also closed for unknown reasons. Staff seems unable to be held accountable for their responsibilities. Avoid this Burger King...
Read moreI wish we had chosen somewhere else to go. We were traveling and trying to get something quick without being exposed to the virus. So we decided to go through the drive-through and Burger King was the closest. We get in the line there Are about 3 cars in front of us. we sat waiting to place our order somewhere around 7 to 10 minutes. After we placed our order we waited another 7 to 10 minutes before we got to the window. After we got to the window we waited at least another 7 minutes. No one said Hi how are you doing, no one said have a good day, no one said any type of greeting or thank you until the very end when a young man came from further in the back and handed us our food he was the only 1 that said you're welcome. When we drove up I saw that there was a soda sitting on the counter and it had been sitting there and whatever the time was I would say at least 7 minutes later the girl filled our other soda and handed us the drinks and then in a little while came our food. My soda was so water down and tasted terrible I didn't even drink it. My food was decent. I thought because we waited so long That everything would be piping hot but it wasn't. But it wasn't cold it was fine. My mom said her whopper did not have any sauce no ketchup no mustard no mayonnaise nothing. I don't think mine did either but it was ok. So when you take the fact that we waited an extremely long time to get food that was decent and a drink that was sitting there and honestly I saw the woman in the car in front of me hand a soda back and I swear I think that she handed me that soda. Which means she exposed me to whatever that woman might have had or anyone in her car. That really upset me. But course I didn't realize that until I was on down the road when I noticed my sodo was watered down. I'm really glad I got this opportunity to give this review maybe someone will make sure it doesn't happen to...
Read moreNot normally a burger king kinda guy, and with the visit i had that'll change to "not ever going to a burger king again". The first 3 meals i tried to order the drive thru server informed me that they were out of this and out of that which would leave the meal incomplete. For example, "king sauce", no rings, etc... so against my better judgement i ordered something that i normally wouldn't. Big mistake. Then when i order my drink I'm told i have a choice of sweet tea, coke or sprite only....really??? So again, against my better judgement i order a coke. Upsizing because I'm on the road. I asked to have the manager comp the extra .60 cents for the upsize...my request fell on deaf ears still being charged the extra. Okay...it's .60 who cares I'm busy and it isn't even worth my time. Then when the gal brings out my order to a parking spot in the lot I'm asked to park in she's got her phone in one hand and my order in the other. Nooooo drink at all. When asked about it she acted surprised that she forgot to bring it out. Infuriated, i decide to leave before i blow a gasket and say something rude. She didn't even offer to get my drink...NEVER AGAIN AT ANY LOCATION...No wonder burger king stores are closing at an alarming rate. Btw, the food wasn't terrible but the...
