Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hardin

I ordered The Plain Big Chicken. Apparently I paid for a Grilled Chicken with Bacon and Cheese with Mayo and Lettuce. When I ask the guy at the register if he is sure he got it right. He laughed and said. I dont know. I said, YOU DONT KNOW. He laughed and said no, its my 2nd day. I told him i didn't think it was right by looking at the screen. He did nothing but ask for the money.. Then They got that Chicken sandwich wrong. It wasn't plain. I ended up waiting 45 minutes 😒 on my lunch break from work (MY TIME GOT WASTED).. Ending up leaving cause it finally looked right. But ended up Tasting Awful. All the while. My husband had to wait with his food for me to get mine. His food should have been remade too. Especially making us wait 45 minutes to eat. Also MY CHICKEN WAS SO SMALL AND THIN IT DIDNT EVEN COVER THE WHOLE SMALL BUN FOR OVER $6.00 EACH. WITHOUT...

10:30 Why on earth would you guys keep the up a breakfast menu but not serve breakfast? The staff is super rude I think they just make the decision to switch from breakfast to lunch when they feel like it. It makes no sense that it would be programmed to just stay up while lunch is being served. I asked my husband to ask if they at least have hash browns left and the rude lady in the picture completely ignored him. You guys earned this review due to her rudeness! Then the cooks walks by smelling so bad that I’m happy I didn’t get anything. Do you guys not require staff to maintain hygiene? There’s showers on sight. The only person doing their job properly was the nice lady with dark hair preparing the showers. Overall this love sucks tremendously , we will avoid this disgusting location all together. The staff is as friendly as a rabid wolverine. My soda lid came off and spilled onto the counter, I thought I was going to be screamed at, the lid was bent. I apologized profusely and told her I would help her clean it up, but there were no napkins in the lobby. She threw some on the counter still very visually mad at me, but I helped regardless to clean it up. I went over to refill my drink and informed her all of the drink lid edges were bent. Being the soda had no syrup in it I was not to worried when I just threw the refill away. The fries were so saturated with salt that it was dropping off of the fries when they were picked up.Just to assure no one else makes the mistake a pickle does not come on the Bacon burger.
