AVOID THIS LOCATION! We built our house here in Heights in 2005 so we’ve been going to this location since it was built, plus we have a granddaughter in Skiptcha Elem so the cycle continues. Don’t get me wrong, the quality of the food and cleanliness of the location has been going down for over a two years now close to three, BUT nothing as awful as the last few months. I’m not sure if teenagers are running the store now or if management is asleep in the office BUT the service is unbearable. Cold fries and nuggets, dirty tables and floors, EXTREMELY slow service, piss poor communication. The icing on the cake was arriving today at 4:30PM not AM and the door to the inside was LOCKED. When we parked a guy and his two granddaughters were trying to get in but the door was locked so the walked to another door and it was also locked. The parking lot was full of parked cars and customers were inside ordering or picking up. Several employees saw us and didn’t acknowledge or make any gestures to let us know what was going on and when a customer moved towards the door one of the employees said something to them so they stopped and went back to where they were. NO SIGN ON THE DOOR AND NO ONE HAD THE PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, or EVEN THE DECENCY to come let us know what’s going on. 4:30pm! High School is letting out and people are getting off work, so even poor staffing is not an excuse. Management must be completely incompetent to instruct or allow the doors to be locked at 4:30 with customers inside and no notification or explanation to customers trying to get in. We left and went to Freddy’s, which will be our first option...
Read moreI can here to pick up a order through Ubereats at 11:25 the little Caucasian boy that was working there at the time told me to come to the 2nd window I waited there for 15mins without him saying a word how long it'll take and what not. I even honked my horn and the kid ignored me completely so I drove around again to the intercome and told him I'm picking up for XY and Z, he proceeded to tell me to come to the 2nd window. I waited an addition 5mins and when he finally came to the window with the food he asked me to verify and let him see also he told me to verify the pickup which I did. Then I proceeded to ask what took so long for this small order he said because it's chicken strips... YALL .. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER there for that entire 20mins... And on top of that it took me 18mins to get to the frickin McDonald's so that's Bull£€€... My point in making this is McDonald's train your employees better cause #1 I don't have to show your workers a got d+-& thing besides the order number Ubers contract doesn't state that at all... It doesn't even make sense.. why would I verify something I don't even know that's there? On top of that why would I pressed pickup when your employee is still holding the bag demanding me to show him? He's extremely lucky I was tired otherwise I would have snatched that damn food out of his hand and proceeded to deliver it... Keep your employees in their lane... If someone decides to steal the food leave that up to Uber... Not your per Hour employees... My only boss is me, next time I won't...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s!!! Had to give at least 1 star because Sweet Ice Tea was correct! I went through the drive thru. My order was 1 Sausage McMuffin NO Cheese, hash brown and medium sweet tea. Paid at first window proceeded to second window. Received my tea and was ask to pull over to waiting area!! Sit there for 7 minutes noticing waiting area filling up but cars still going through drive thru!! I then called the store and ask why this was happening, was apologized to and told order would be right out! Received order a couple minutes later! It was Wrong had Cheese! Tried to stop employee to inform her of mistake. Drove back around to Drive Thru and informed them order was wrong!! At first window apologized to and order retaken. Second window order was repeated correctly to me then was asked to pull over to waiting area! I noticed cars that were there when I was there the first time still there!! I told them I would just wait at the window until I got my order! Employees started carrying drinks out to vehicles behind me but giving me dirty looks as they passed by!! At this point I just asked for a refund!! Received my refund and left! I was not trying to cause a scene but how hard is a Simple Sausage McMuffin No Cheese and a hash brown?? I just...
