Pull Up -N- Eat — Restaurant in Harker Heights

2 days ago I stop at Pull Up -N- Eat. The smoker was going great. When I look at the menu to order and saw fish plate with 2 sides. I order my food to go. (I NEVER ORDERED any fish meals from any restaurant to go). Just don't taste the same. When my order was ready, I open my food container and saw how large the 2 fish filets was and then I saw the cornbread muffin with my sides it look delicious everything in my order. At home heating up my food. The food it tasted great the greens the mac and cheese the fish was delicious and I will always always order from pull up and eat. Thank you. Everybody within a 7-mile radius need to come by military you have time. I'm retired military myself. the food is delicious. Thank you Pull Up -N- Eat. For Christmas I'm going back for Bar-B-Que. Outstanding meal, great customer service. Easy to order.

Yes, yes, I went back for Christmas meals. I ordered, The Fish Plate with 2 Sides because it tasted so good the first time. I also ordered the Combo Plate (Brisket, Ribs, Sausage with 2 Sides. Last I wanted a Burger just because it was lunch time. Everything was Delicious. check...

We made the trip all the way from Dallas today just to try this place, and it was worth every mile! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The vibe was warm and inviting, and the staff—along with the management—were incredibly personable. They made us feel right at home, and their genuine hospitality was refreshing.

Now, let’s talk about the food—an absolute 10 out of 10! The fish was fried to perfection, golden and crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. As for the soul food sides, they were simply outstanding. Each dish was flavorful, with a perfect balance of seasoning—none of that overly salty taste you sometimes find elsewhere. The flavors were thoughtful and intentional, showing that real care went into the preparation.

My cousin and I were thoroughly impressed and are already planning our next visit. This spot isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience we’ll gladly make the trip for again and again....

This place was an awesome find. To start as we were pulling up there was a guy out front working the smoker like a pro. When we walked through the door it was like walking through grandma's kitchen door. The smells were heavenly and the guy behind the counter could have been my own brother asking me if i was hungry and did i want a plate. I quickly ordered the combo plate with baked beans and greens for myself, fried catfish with tater salad and greens for my uncle and 2 brisket sandwiches for my cousin. It cost mev$52. When I asked about drinks they was like we got can drinks in the cooler and kool-aid in the pitcher. At that point I was in love with the place. I pour me some kool-aid, sat down and waited for my order and watch several people from the surrounding neighborhood come in and gossip about the comings and goings.
