Wendy's — Restaurant in Harker Heights

I love Wendy’s but I’m sorry to say they didn’t do Harker heights any favors by bringing this to our community. The food order was wrong. I can understand it’s a new place and they’re training these kids. But I asked for napkins and a spoon for my frosty, and drove out of the window and realized they still got my order wrong and didn’t provide a spoon or napkins. Since it was too thick to try and drink I had to go back thru the drive thru again and they took my food back from me and asked me to park in the parking lot and wait for the correct order. I waited for 45 minutes and watched so many people drive in and thru the window as I waited. Once there was no more traffic thru there, they had finished serving everyone else first they finally brought me my meal…which was cold. The fries were so cold and they smelled like the oil was not fresh. I did not eat them. The cheeseburger was not edible. Not only was it cold but there looked to be about four or five tablespoons of mayo globbed on each of the buns…it was drowning in it. I may give them one more try one day, but that’s all I’m willing to do. After that I won’t be back. Shame. It’s so near to our place. I’ll add another review once I go again...

Went to the new Wendy’s in Harker Heights. Went through the drive-through. We ordered two bacon burgers and let them know that we wanted no tomatoes and ketchup. I even went as far to say we are deathly allergic to tomatoes otherwise, restaurants don’t usually take you seriously or just don’t care. They said, of course, no problem. Both burgers had ketchup and tomatoes. Not to mention, they got the order wrong and had to be correct it before I left. Absolutely ridiculous. It sucks to have a brand new restaurant in town that completely doesn’t have it together. Everyone seemed confused and like they had no clue what they were doing or how to Manage a restaurant. My advice if you go to this Wendy’s is to pull over and open up all your food and check it...

Ya know ppl love Wendy's...but they shade you on sauce...if I order 8 4 pc nuggets and only get 4 sauces I'm mad. Someone isn't going to get sauce. If I order 6 drinks and 2 frostys and only get 4 straws with no spoons I'm mad. Usually I would go all the way to Killeen to go to the one on Lowe's Blvd. Apparently the employees are trying to run off customers at the HH location because this is something that has been happening. Since they opened I would say 70% of my orders were not done right. It's ok if it's an overage order meaning extra food or extra drinks or extra freezes are given but when you shade someone who is trying to go cheap and still eat out it just makes me want to go to the grocery store and buy the better groceries and make...
