Rax — Restaurant in Harlan

I haven't ate at a Rax since I was a Kid I didn't even know Harlan had one until the other day. I work for a ambulance service me and my partner took someone to Harlan hospital and she said "you want some Rax" um yes I do! We went thru the drive thru ordered our food I also got me a milk shake 😋 Fast service, friendly, and clean, the food was amazing 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be eating there again the next time I'm in Harlan. I can't believe I didn't know they was a Rax that close. I don't go to Harlan alot but for anyone that does or anyone passing by I highly recommend checking it out. I promise you want regret it. Best...

I have went by this restaurant many times, always wondering how it was. So we tried it! Sorry we did, not impressed! The baked potato was good inside, but if you get the broccoli and cheese, you won't be happy with it. It was like they opened a bag of frozen broccoli and threw it in, it was cold and hard, almost broke my tooth! Don't order the taco salad. Nothing like the picture on the wall. Love the food. We eat it every time we come in to visit, but was very disappointed in the customer service. I was displeased that I was refused service 10 minutes before closing. Normally, I wouldn't come 10 minutes before closing but online it said 10PM. I understand change of hours and I'm pretty easy to please, but when I pulled up and the girl just stared at me like it was normal to close early, it upset me.
