Dunkin' — Restaurant in Harlem Township

First of all I wanted to use the Dunkin’ Donuts app so I could order ahead but as soon as I opened the app it shut off. My friend had her money on the app so she had no way of paying in the store and when she asked them why the app wasn’t working they said that they can’t help us with that. I went ahead and ordered there and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a small coffee while everyone else in the store got their coffee before me, even tho when I got in the store I was the only customer and they ordered a while after me. After waiting I decided to say something since they probably lost my order considering I had to wait so long. When I asked her about my drink she was rude about it, but she finally made it after waiting 20 minutes in the store, which caused me to be late for school. I’ve been going every morning for a while and I always have to wait more than necessary and some days they forgot to change regular milk to almond milk, which I paid extra for, which is necessary in my dietary restriction since I am lactose intolerant. I normally don't leave rates and I really don't like to complain. My issue has been whether I order online or I order at the window you guys always forget the bacon on the avocado toast. Legitimately four out of five times. It's ridiculous I now have to make a point on checking my toast to make sure the order is correct. It says it right on the label on top of the box and yet i always need to either sit in the Drive-Thru and check my food or park and come inside to get it corrected. If it's a one-off or an occasional thing it's not that big of a deal but it's a lot more consistent than that. The drinks you guys craft are amazing and the service is polite and friendly I just wish the team would pay more attention to what they're doing. If I'm paying for an additive I expect it to be there. And the fact you have to pay for a pup cup...

I feel this location has gone downhill dramatically since around Christmas time. I stop about once a week and lately there are new people in there every time I go in. Last week, I waited in line for 10 minutes without it moving and I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. This morning, the doors were locked. A customer let me and another group of 3 in. After that, they put a sign on the door that said "Drive Thru Only". I was in there for almost 15 minutes. They made my sandwich wrong, and in the time it took them to make it twice, I was still waiting for my drink. There was a group ahead of me who was still waiting for a drink when I finally got mine.
