Burger King — Restaurant in Harlem Township

Remember folks, if you call them up and have them put you on their books for a payed item that they messed up on they will delete you off their books if you’re not in there within 30 days. So this way they screw you out of your hard earned money. After all the times they have screwed up my order I would say they owe me $100 which I will never see.Edit update: February 27, 2025 @9:30am …ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and two hashbrowns again they got the order wrong cold hashbrowns and they gave me a sausage and egg croissant which I can’t eat. People do not care about customer service all they care about is making their paycheck. Looks like I’m gonna have to stop going to Burger King altogether. I placed my order with a suit and tie at the drive up window didn’t get no receipt just an attitude. with a yell ofmy order number I was told to go around to the double doors and wait for my food. these guys are trying to be Culver’s without the parking lot. I received my meal after the person that brought it out went to four different cars before they found out It was me ,so I went home with a cold meal and missing items as I do every other time, I come here;well not anymore. I will spend $22.00 and get fresh food and better Service at Culver’s………. another ruined dinner thanks a lot Burger King! Not that the people that you hire actually care about their job or the food that they’re serving to people they’re only there for a paycheck. Was there less a half an hour ago on a Friday night I got a 2 slushie when I got up to the window to pay I apologize and ask for to be okay if one of those slushies turning it in to a shake cuz my granddaughter changed her mind at the last minute and I told the lady at the window sorry she had no problem doing it and was very nice and polite about it. I pull up to the next window and I heard this ass talking about how sick and tired he was of these people changing their orders and going on and on and on the girl at the window opened up he stopped saying what a pain in the ass customers are while the windows open she was handing in my slushy I apologize for having to change my order and then he looked at me surprised that I heard him. she was phalogenic she was very nice and professional in the situation. While I was sitting waiting for my shake being made just upset me this guy said that she was at the window can opened up my shake I apologize again for changing my order but his comments were unnecessary and if he doesn't want to deal with people changing their order he shouldn't be working in fast-food she apologized again which she should have been the one to apologize in my opinion I told her that I will not be coming back my family eats their quite often but will no longer be because of this guy and...

The worst experience ever. I can't believe they hire people like that to do customer service. Put them in the far back at least. They had big loud mouths and bad attitudes. They should be fired. I'm pretty sure one of them has split personalities. She was trying to act innocent like a victim when everyone in line witnessed her attempting to mimic me, yelling and screaming at me. It was clear that they targeted me. Jealousy and narcissism from both. The manager is a follower. There was one girl whom wasn't acting a fool and I really hope she finds a better job away from people like them. They're not smart enough to know that slushies melt and to know the difference between flour on a bun and mold. The Coca Cola settled to the bottom of the slushy and ice wasn't even covered with it. She was at that cash register forever acting like she was getting my money that I didn't even need. How difficult is it to hand over $11? It was scary how quickly she switched up her attitude once she realized they were being watched.
