Got a burger here for the first time while doing laundry with my husband. Since it transitioned from a Chinese place I was a bit apprehensive. He tried the mushroom and Swiss with fries while I had the ghost pepper burger and potato wedges.

The beef was well cooked and tasted fresh and flavorful, the onions and mushrooms on the Swiss were perfectly flavored. The fries and potato wedges were crisp and seasoned on the outside and pillowey and delicious in the center. The ghost peper cheese and Chipotle sauce slathered on the burger made me sweat with spicy, while the sweetness of a pineapple ring cut the burn so I could enjoy the burger.

My family eats at this establishment frequently--their burgers are amazing, however, customer service was horrible!

The employee (Nancy) who took our order got it wrong on two separate occasions and got very huffy and was extremely rude. I asked another employee for her name to give a formal complaint to the owner and Nancy thought it was necessary to come to our table to say "It was an accident. I'm leaving it at that." I feel sorry for her that she has a job she obviously doesn't enjoy, but there needs to be some kinda of professionalism.

All in all, this place has good food, but always make sure to double check your entire order.

Came in and played some slots - The best thing of the place honestly. Finished and figured I’d order some food. Dudes wandering around in the back and legit ignores me to walk out front to goto the bathroom. Needless to say I figured I’d come back after my laundry as a big sign said chicken orders til 10. Came back at 9:30 and he o stead of greeting me shuts the screens off and said we’re closing the broasters. Like really? If it wasn’t for the slots I’d of acted a fool and made a memory.
