Citi Trends — Local services in Rockford Township

I want to give them a pass, because it was a couple days before x-mas. However things that had nothing to do w/ the holiday are that. Their was a man trying to do a shake down, towards the back of the store, anything that was really cool this dude snatched up & he him stood right next to me and changed the prices & then when I looked at the stuff I did take two items, and he tried to get hard & I just took the items, told him he needs to back up & stop, and talk to the owner about being a stylest on the payroll! Now Because everything is from foreign countries, so a med. Is an XL there, or a wicked cool hoodie that was meant to be LG. Had to be XXXL. So take the person your buying for! They have great clothes for a urban style of dressing. Yet, you can also find something for anyone there. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the staff, they can work on being a lot more professional, I really dislike being given an attitude like I'm bothering the staff when I need something or I am trying to ring out. I give 4 stars though because staff issues can change in a day, and the store & the merchandise stays the same, and that is worth 4 stars to me. There is no other store in our area that sells the clothes that Citi Trends sells, and w/o them we are All stuck wearing the same clothes from Target/Walmart or have to order online for something unique and that is a whole other story. This store was terrible. Very disorganized and JUNKY. Items were thrown all over, a complete disarray. This is a store for cheap finds You may find some cute items, but you definitely have to search for them.

Very cheap looking shoes. To not completely discredit the store, the customer service was good amidst the disarray. Maybe if you have a themed party to attend or you are in a play, you will find shoes that you like. Shoes for one time...
