Came across this place by accident. Driving down the road and I saw the word Cajun and peaked my interest. I went and ordered a four piece crunch bucket, large mac & cheese, and jambalaya to go. The reason it was to go because the interior is pretty dismal. It reminded me of the chicken shacks in the west side and south side of Chicago, where upon I would need a gun to protect myself Due Dismal atmosphere. So therefore, I took the meal to go. I am not tremendously into fried chicken, but this was pretty good. I will definitely go back in the future if I want fried chicken. The mac & cheese was very good mixed and stirred so every piece had cheese on it , which I like. The jambalaya was OK. But by the time I got to it is cold. I would like to try it when it’s hot, next time I go I will eat that first. Service was good, polite, friendly. The price of the door with two cans of pop was $25 Definitely a neighborhood spot that I will attend to in the future when I’m hungry and in the mood for fried chicken. It’s best to pick it up and go. Maybe that’s What they want you to do. There are some tables there with nothing on them. Unsure if it’s to...

Read moreStopped by after work and was in and out in less than five minutes — service was quick and efficient. I ordered a Krunch Box, though I had originally meant to get chicken on the bone and was given Krispy Tenders instead. I didn’t bother correcting it since I was in a hurry, and the tenders turned out to be solid.
The food was tasty overall, but the real highlight was the biscuits — fluffy with a subtle sweetness that stood out. The mac and cheese wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was decent and rounded out the meal well.
Overall, fast service, good food, and great biscuits make this a convenient stop, even if the order wasn’t exactly...
