Neighbors Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Harlem Township

Some of friends of mine and I went out last night and had gotten some drinks around 11:30-2 am. At the end of the night after ordering a total of 4 shots on my tab and my friends ordering and immediately paying off their tab as we went, the bartender attempted to claim that I had ordered 8 additional Green Tea shots which for sure never happened. I was completely sober and when I went to talk about how this definitely didn't happen, I was met with looks from who I assume was a manager as if I was lying and making it up to pay less money. I completely understand that you are going to trust your bartender over people that you assume are all drunk, but when refusing to look at the camera footage that is aiming directly at the spot we were ordering at to confirm that it did not match what your bartender was saying, it shows that you possibly knew they were wrong but didn't want to actually take the time to handle it how you should have. A $20 bill was handed to me and while I should be thankful any sort of money was given back afterwards, the looks and way I was spoken to was wrong and treated me as if I was stupid and/or a scammer trying to save a buck. It was late and I understand not wanting to deal with a situation like this for long, but it's disappointing to receive that response when multiple of us were very clear the large order did not happen and nobody ever brought drinks directly to our table like claimed. It is what it is, but myself and the others will not be returning and I will definitely be advising others not to come here...

We use to come here all of the time, at least every Friday for years. Now we maybe stop every 3 months. Food is great. However the service is terrible and really it's one particular bartender. She's extremely rude and makes you feel as though you being there is a huge inconvenience for her. My husband ordered a drink and the drink then remained empty for 2.5 hours before he went up to the bar to get a refill. Our food order was missing 2 things that we asked for. When we did ask for one of the missing item the bartender rolled her eyes and told us that was to much work for her. She did end up getting our missing items but still. We didn't dare ask for the second item, mainly because I did not want to deal with her disgusting attitude. Moral of the story there's always one bad apple in the bunch that ruins it for the rest and this...

Welcome to a place where they want to close down so early that when you put in $10 on the jukebox at 12:30 and they turn it off. And you tell a friend "this is kind of bogus". And then the bartender takes it personally. And grabs you by the wrist and throws your drink and throws you personally to the ground to the point where she breaks open skin on your knee, i was bleeding, and my wristis swollen. Totally cute.
