Vape N Juice / Dispensary HQ — Local services in Harlem Township

I’ve been a customer of Vape N Juice from 2017 to 2019 (Loves Park location) before I moved and recently started shopping there again.

I purchased a new vape there last week that was giving me headaches and must have been defective (used multiple coils and juices all with the same effect) I called a couple days ago and was told by someone I could return the vape for an exchange. When I purchased it I was also told I had 14 days to return. When I go there today some woman who claims she is a manager (later found out her name is Laura) basically accuses me of lying and saying that vapes cannot give people headaches and refused to do any sort of refund or even exchange, she even doubted that one of her employees would agree to one (which two verbally did at the time of purchase and over the phone later that week). As a customer I’ve never been talked down to like that by an employee of any business much less someone who claims to be a manager. After years of business with Vape N Juice I will NEVER shop there again and threw out my new vape and coils on the spot in front of her.

I’m out over a hundred dollars for the defective vape but I am more than understanding if they don’t have a return policy, it’s how she speaks to customers that is appalling. If she were my employee and I found out she spoke to a customer like that I’d fire her...

These guys are phenomenal. I stopped smoking cigarettes and started vaping back in September 2017. I had tried to quit smoking before but had a mod with rebuild-able coils and didn't know what I was doing so it didn't last originally back in 2016. Then I discovered Vape N Juice LP. These guys are knowledgeable and don't mind helping people new to vaping which was a huge sigh of relief when I didn't know what I was doing. They are still wonderful to work with even though I am a little more versed in the subject now, I still love working with them. Wish other Vapor store would take notes. If you are debating quitting smoking or are unsure if you should go in since you don't know a lot about vaping, you definitely need to get in to this store and they will make you feel at home and help you, pressure free. This is a continuation of my updated review. I cannot say enough about the Staff, their knowledge of all their products but more importantly? They are willing to explain everything 2U re; vaping, device use and more very helpful information. Ian is the store manager and I now know my new Nautilus didn't have an issue- I wasn't using it properly. Everyone is awesome here. U are not rushed here, no matter how much time U may need to comprehend anything? They give it 2U. They also have full Spectrum CBD 4 sublingual use, CBD Isolates, CBD Balms, Creams, and Juice. U can sample the CBD E-juice, and the 1000mg Sublingual Full Spectrum CBD oil. Own house blends and different brands. 117 house blend flavors, and 50-60 National brands.
