Toni's Pizza & Italian food — Restaurant in Harlem Township

This is our go to pizza! Very generous cheese & toppings. We like oddball toppings like jalapeno & pineapple. There are 2 things I tried that I didn't like...Taco Pizza was covered in off-brand nacho cheese tortilla chips but otherwise delicious...Breaded fried mushrooms look so good & fried to perfection but there was little flavor to them. We love their lasagna, which comes with delicious garlic bread and a little salad. We haven't tried anything else (yet) We usually pick up since we are so close but we have had delivery recently and our food arrived as scheduled. When picking up, the staff is very nice and attentive. They have a collect coupon promo for a free pizza. My son enjoys collecting the coupons & they are happy to redeem the free pizza. There is another local place that has a similar promo and you can tell that the discounted pizza is not fresh. I haven't asked but it looks like their dine in area is not reopening. Owners son and other employees were eating my pizza after I was told to bring the pizza right back in as I only went to my car and walked right back inside the only problem was the crust was not as thick as it is every other time I Order a thick crust pizza the owners son was very cocky and decided to grab slices and lift them without asking if I wanted to return or get a refund for it after that obviously I DIDNT WANT THE PIZZA! I was told I will have a credit and they didn’t honor that and will not take my orders now that is fine as bad business to me and my family and I drove 30 mins to get this every week! I called tonight and the owner lied multiple times about the incident as my girlfriend and I watched them eating the pizza and tried to sneak off and hide but it was too late eating where you prep food at! Order all the time. I ordered thick crust. Got a regular pizza. I went back inside to get the money back from the UPCHARGE for thick crust which is like $3-4. They asked me to bring in the pizza to see the crust. When I went to go show them - the man claiming to be one of the managers PICKS UP A SLICE OF PIZZA and continues to touch other slices. I told him I did want the pizza before you touched it and now I want a refund. After leaving, I returned to the store to get an additional credit for my time.
