Muelle 37 — Restaurant in Harlingen

In all honesty, I don't come here that often, but for some reason that day, something was pulling me towards it. It's not like there is a big selection on the menu, but the food is prepared with care. Natelly sat me down was extremely hospitable, making me feel comfortable. I started with the stuffed crab, which i thought I wouldn't like but found it to be extremely tasty and not as if it was microwaved for five minutes. Natelly would check up on me and would ask if everything was good. The main course was a ball stuffed with fish, shrimp, and cream cheese. It was soooo good. I didn't think of dessert, but Natelly reminded me. I chose the flan and when I tell you that it was AWESOME, it was AWESOME! If I could give negative stars I would. Our first time here and it was disappointing. The waitress took our order, and it took at least 40 minutes for the food to come to our table except mine. I ordered the fajita panchos (nachos) and they "supposedly" gave my dish to someone else. The waitress didn't even tell me that until after everyone else at the table were almost done eating their food. 15 minutes later I have my food which consisted of beans on the plate topped by tortilla chips, some cheese and some fajitas. They put no effort in this dish and forgot the avocados! It wasn't worth it to complain to management as I will not come back here. $17.99 for a bunch of tortilla chips and beans was ridiculous. It even took 10 minutes to get drink refills. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant and go to a smaller mom and pop...

My family and I had a Horrible experience at this Muelle 37. The Service was absolutely Horrible. Started with the wait time, we were told 20 minutes and we waited over an Hour to be seated.

The waitress did not care to be there, we asked for items and she was standing around not doing anything. We were disappointed after having this place recommended. They charged us 3.99% fee for using a debit card. And they added a 15% gratuity for my wife and my kids. Maybe they knew her tip was not worth that much. The food was a 5 out of 10. Taste was ok. I guess my biggest complaint is the bad service. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

They were out of several drinks, Sprite, Dr Pepper and other fountain drinks. Beer, they were out of Dos X and several other beers. POOR Management for a Friday evening.
