BoxDrop Harlingen - RGV Mattress Outlet — Hotel in Harlingen

I bought a king-size mattress back in late Oct after receiving an email about a discount. The girl helping was nice but didnt seem very knowledgeable I don't even think they added the discount as the price is still the same right now. I rated this two stars due to the lack of knowledge and customer service there was another guy there that clearly saw the girl was struggling and never once offered to help her, instead he gets up to ask her if she would like a drink. The same guy also yelled at my kids and gave them and myself attitude for them grabbing a sign that was on a bed we ended up spending 3hrs and it took us all but 15 mins to select a mattress my kids might have not been as bored and God forbid touched a sign on the bed if they hadn't taken 3 hrs to sign paperwork. I wouldn't recommend this place the deals are the same as anywhere else and the customer service sucks. I will never buy anything from this place again. I suggest you don't...
