I ordered a footlong sandwich accidentally in this location as I rarely eat in this location due to work, on this day of March 6th i called to get my order cancelled and reversed into my card. The lady who answered told me to call back later because she was calling a manager (who she said was the only one who can cancel ordered) and her manager was not answering. I called later and had the same issue. I’m human I have things to do and would of expected to be serviced in a rightfully manner as I am calling to be serviced. so I called back March 9th, a young lady answers and i tell her issue I am having and she said very rudely “ you should of called the day of “ which i did tell her i did, she said there’s nothing she can do as a manager is NOT available AGAIN, and would need to call the following day. I called on March 10th finally i get a Manager by the name of Priscilla, who always told me “ you should of called the day of “ which i told her i did but no manager was able to pick up their phones when the employee was calling. She told me she could not refund me my money but would be able to do a credit order WHENEVER I WAS AVAILABLE, but she’s had to mark food as waste as time went because of the credit she was going to give me for not being able to refund me. Like i stated to her i was not sure when i would be able to go since i don’t often go into office to work she said it was fine and she’d save my recipe for when i went in. Today my boyfriend went in for me and asked for my credit order and she said she could not give it because a week had already passed. Mind you she NEVER told me i only had a week to pick up my order. Now they have my money which i never got back and order i can’t even get credited to me for MY money. At this point this is horrible and stealing from somebody. Worst...
Read moreLast time I went to this location service was bad. So I decided to go again today and give it a second chance. When I went in there was a line, which I waited. One employee was available and no one else to help him. One customer left do to waiting over 30 minutes. So the issues here is that the employee was only taking online orders so there was no one else to take order for customers inside the building. The lady in front of line had been waiting over an hour which is ridiculous. Employee didn’t acknowledge any of us that we’re waiting in line or had the courtesy of telling us that he would only take online orders. Management needs to look at staffing. Read moreI have loved this location and have been eating here for a year. But today I walked in and nothing looked fresh. The lettuce was brown and yellow and the tomatoes looked soggy, and the spinach was wilted. The motto of the company is eat fresh so that’s the way everything should be. I asked if there was any fresher lettuce in the back and the server said that he could not take another bag out. I said but this lettuce is going bad. He said he had customers eating that all day and were not complaining. Well, that was rude. I do not know what happened to the customer is always right.
