The Pizzeria — Restaurant in Harlingen

I've ordered about three times from this place. The first two times were alright. They delivered the pizza on time, the phone receptionist was very friendly, and they were very willing to make adjustments to satisfy the customer.

But this last time was horrible. The pizza seemed soggy, almost as if undercooked or they didn't drain the vegetables correctly and the water seeped into the bread? Then, they forgot the bleu cheese for our wings, so I called up right after and they said it would be here within ten minutes, which seemed odd because the driver just took off, but I agreed. The delivery guy got here about 30 minutes later with only one 1.5oz packet of bleu cheese for a dozen wings in a plastic bag. I'm very much regretting tipping the guy $5.

So if you're thinking about ordering from this place, I'd recommend checking out other options. Soggy or undercooked pizza, missed items in the order, and crappy delivery was enough for me to say: I'll never order from this...

Pizza and wings were good. Our guests seemed to enjoy them. We have always received great customer service in the past. Not sure if the employee was having a bad day, but customer service could be improved at the Tyler location. We recommend that your employees share with customers that your specials are only good for 1 special per order. We specifically asked what specials were available and ordered 3 specials plus extra pizzas, wings, and drinks. Later, we were charged for every single item separately. When we questioned the charges, we were not greeted with a smile, but we begrudgingly received a refund for one special. Not very friendly. My wife ordered a large peperoni with extra peperoni on it. She asked for half of pizza with mushrooms and jalapenos, and a sidw dish, all to go. They qouted us the price and a 15 min ready time. We get there checked in bout bout 5 min late and still ended up waiting for 15-20 minutes. Finally got our order but didn't check it at the counter because I assumed the staff were respectable n responsble employees! Super wrong! Our side order was cold and the pizza waa sporadically sprinkled with pepperoni, don't want to say what pur mushroom n jalapenos looked like! Sad day for the management n owners!
