Matthew gentleman behind the register was very rude and condescending. I walked in between 9:20 PM and 9:25 PM to order food no sooner than got in the door he says we are closed as he was shutting the cash register. I told him the sign on the door says 9:30 pm is closing time, Matthew then said well we stop taking orders at 9:15 PM very abruptly, I informed signage says nothing like that and as new customer to area how should I know not a mind reader. I asked for managers or owner’s phone number. Matthew said there is no one to give the number to there was a Chinese gentleman standing beside him on his phone asked him if there was a manager in. Matthew says he doesn’t speak any English asked again for an owner or manager’s number. Matthew said there is no one to give the number for to contact asked when the owner would be there Matthew said lunchtime tomorrow you could just come back then very rudely. I let him know that he still had the open sign on the door was still unlocked so as far as that means, the business is still open and they should be waiting on customers I would think twice before getting anything from this establishment I can see by their reviews. They’re not a good business anyway but the way they treat your customers I can see why customers leave these bad reviews. My name is Lance., considering you can’t reach anyone to talk to to let them know how their business is being run into the ground by bad representatives like Matthew would definitely choose a different Chinese restaurant to enjoy over this poorly run and managed one. Would give “0” stars if could due to Matthew and the way he treats and speaks to someone. In this day and age of reviewing businesses and people looking at them to see if they should spend hard earned money with them you would think they would do their best to treat customers in a more professional and nice way. Matthew should not be representing their company with his demeanor, attitude and unprofessionalism, Matthew causes loss of revenue...
Read moreGot some take out from here. First time! Wonton soup, Pu Pu platter and Lo Mein. Soup was good. Pretty hard to miss on this one. Lo Mein was less than desirable. Noodles were mushy and the taste was . . .? bland. Not much to it. And then the platter. Absolutely horrible. Every bit of it was over cooked. The chicken teriyaki stick was black. Had I tried, I’m sure I’d have enjoyed the stick more than the chicken. Even took the dog a minute to eat it. But then again, he’s a dog!! So he ate it. The crab rangoon was inedible, period. The chicken wing . . . Dry as a popcorn fart. Couldn’t put enough duck sauce on it to moisten it even a little bit. The egg roll . . . . Another miss. Cabbage was like the Lo Mein noodles. Mushy. Tasteless. Bland. So, Best China? No!!! Not even close. Consider a name change. I know, a big expense. Then try and find a decent cook. On the bright side, I have another take out container for my...
Read moreWe tried this place for the first (and last) time today. We got two of our favorites - scallion chicken and general tso. Once we got home with our food, we couldn't tell which was which. One was swimming in sauce with mushrooms, peppers and broccoli, the other was coated in sauce with one piece of broccoli. Neither had any scallions.
Both were extremely sweet - with no other discernable flavor. Rice was pretty plain and bland for fried rice, but was honestly a reprieve from the pound of sugar in the main dishes. Egg rolls tasted like old cabbage. It wasn't bad perse, but definitely not worth getting again. If this is the best Chinese in the area, I guess we have to drive somewhere else when...
