Bojangles — Restaurant in Harrisburg

This Bojangles is consistently less greasy than others I have frequented. Staff is friendly but can get overwhelmed at times. [4/18/19] I've downgraded my rating for this restaurant. Twice now we've gotten food from here that wasn't "right". The first time, my daughter got food poisoning (she had gone by herself). This last time, I ordered one of the Family packs with sides. The breading on the chicken was soggy and the chicken was kind of rubbery. Plus, the sides only had half of the food they should have. I don't expect them to be packed into the container and fill every cubic centimeter but they were both only filled halfway up. To be clear I had gone straight home after getting the food (we are about 5 minutes away) and we ate as soon as I got home so the chicken shouldn't have been like that and the sides didn't have time to "settle". A minor annoyance was that I tried calling my order ahead to save them and me some time, but after calling multiple times and letting the phone ring for a solid minute each time over a 20 minute period I gave up. Update 11/2019: I came back again and they kept me in hold for 5 minutes before talking my order. Then I get to the restaurant and they didn't start making the order until after I paid for it. Plus, they did not give me the order I asked for. Rather than tell me they did not offer the meal I requested they cobbled together two meals and charged me $5 more than the combo I wanted. For the amount I was charged I could have gotten a lot more food. I'm afraid that this particular restaurant has lost its decent management and replaced it with inept...

to start let me just say im not a breakfast person. but when i do i usually get taco bell and i was thinkin about that this mornin. but since i was running late. i saw the sign off the highway for bojos and hmm and since it was closer than the taco bell i decided to give it a shot. im used to mcdonalds breakfast meals if i dont get tacobell. i orderd a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. i was kinda weary but that was gone after i tasted this meal. i dont like biscuits at all cause they come out tasting like cardboard. so when i tasted this i was surprised it was really good so i give mad props to the bakers who come in early to make those. the food was very good. better than i expected. i have worked in fast food so i know how most stuff shud be. the reason for the four stars is because im not used to the sausage and the taste. so that has more to do with me than anything lol. 2nd i think most places should have more than bottled oj so that has more to do with corporate and having fresh juice around. cause bottle juice deff dont taste the same. the eggs tasted fres like not frozen or from a bottle. love it. lastly the hash browns were big not tiny ones which i loved and the seasonnin was amaze balls! the only thing that was wrong was they were to soft or to oily in the middle i dk if they wa sleft to lon in the oil and then at out to dry. but they did feel soft on the inside. i dont think they was under cooked cause they tasted awesome still lol just a lil soft. that is my only "complaint" the workers were awesome fast courteos and friendly will deff come here for a breakfast...

Went to drive thru receipt says 9:09pm then I was told they run out of wings and it will take (i did not hear how much time) well its wings its gotta be 5 to 7mins right? So I was told to pull on the side and they will bring my food. I said thanks. been waiting about 11mins so I give them a call to let them know I'm waiting outside, The girl said my order is ready and cooking which i got confused by her answer, So I repeated if my oder done?? And she said clearly Yes..hang up the phone waited for another 8 mins for my food,this time I'm loosing it. So I gave them call and asked for my food and ask for a Manager on duty spoke to him @9:30 only to find out that my food is not ready. I was adviced i have to wait for another 4 mins. I lived 1 mins away from this place left my dog outside was hoping to get back soon. Went home without my food and my door now open because my dog been outside for 23mins and was desperate to get inside the house..Now this not the first time they ran out of wings this is just one of the many. In the morning they will give me a frozen BO rounds with my biscuits which is not a big deal if I'm still in the area. This store was that bad that everytime we go there we get into the habit of checking the Bo rounds to make sure its cooked before we leave the shopping center we had to go drive around the circle to make sure its done.
