I recently visited this store at the request of my three granddaughters who were visiting from out of town. They were eager to order their own meals as a sign of their independence! The waiter behind the counter was very friendly, patient and accommodating to the girls. I paid and left a generous tip because he had been so patient with them. The girls wanted drinks, but since we were very close to home, I told them we would get drinks and chips there instead since I had stocked up on snacks for their visit. The waiter evidently heard our conversation and offered the girls complimentary drinks in their smallest water cups. Well, the manager/owner blew a gasket and asked if we were going to pay for the drinks and that they weren’t free. I explained that her waiter had kindly offered the complimentary drinks. The waiter came over and explained the same. That still wasn’t good enough for her. She went on and on about the deducting the drinks from his paycheck and the cost of the cups. I couldn’t believe she would pitch a fit like that over 3 small drinks. Her lack of discretion, customer service and empathy for three little girls’ feelings to say the least about standing strong & firm behind a decision her own wait staff had made out of kindness was simply appalling and certainly did not go unnoticed by my granddaughters who discussed it at length after our visit to this location!! I and the waiter ended up paying her for the drinks. However, in retrospect, I should have have the girls to bring them to the counter, set them before her and just leave Never again! Not another visit to put money into this unkind...
Read moreLONG DETAILED REVIEW: By far the WORST subway I have ever been to. My fiancée and myself met working at subway over ten years ago and we still love subway to this day. We are very lenient on criticism with most subways. BUT this subway made me leave my 2nd ever 1 star review. We have been here three times and all three times it got progressively worse. All three times we were served by the same gentleman who seemed like an owner or a manager. All three times he did not have a mask on when we were in the store. The first two times we ate in store and you can tell he just didn’t want to be there when making our food. Hell, I didn’t even want to be there after he made my food. It wasn’t awful, and tasted fine. The last time we decided to try the mobile ordering for subway for the first time... worst decision ever. Picked up sandwiches and obviously he still has no mask on. Got home and I have never seen such poorly put together sandwiches, 1 drop of sauce on both, half of the sandwiches weren’t even in the bread. One of them was white flatbread and it was wheat and UNTOASTED with egg. Completely cold and you are required to toast any flatbread. It was awful. The other sandwich had 4 toppings total, I don’t mean 4 different toppings, I mean one piece of each topping. I swear this was intentionally awful as there is no way you could even of done this bad of a job out of laziness. Read moreI can understand mistakes happen, but this was despicable!! My order was ruined! The pepperoni and cheese rollup HAD NO CHEESE!! It was literally a thick weird wrap that was hard with just 3 little pieces of pepperoni! It's uneatable! Then my ultimate bmt (which was supposed to be ultimate due to the double cheese) ALSO CAME WITH NO CHEESE!!!!! So now I'm just expected to eat plain meat with bread?!?! Oh, and to top it off - they didn't bother putting in one of my cookies either. Then when I tried to call them, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone!! I can't just go drive myself there - I'm fully disabled. So doordash had to take the hit - but even after refunding me those items, I still ended up spending 17 dollars for a little orange juice and one cookie!!! While they don't have to take any responsibility while they screw customers over then refuse to answer any phones!! I'll never in a million years order from there again - completely incompetentand unprofessional! I had ordered enough to keep me going at least a couple days, but now I'm stuck with a cookie and little OJ for my entire day of food and into tomorrow until whenever I can get around to ordering more food from somewhere else!!!...
