I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Chick-fil-A situated conveniently off Rocky River Road, just seconds away from I485 in East Charlotte, NC. This particular Chick-fil-A boasts a remarkably efficient drive-through equipped with two lanes and six walk-up ordering windows, including two exclusively designated for mobile orders.
My experience was nothing short of delightful - the food was served piping hot and remarkably fresh, a testament to their impressive pace of service. What's more, I'm thrilled to be moving into townhomes located right behind this Chick-fil-A. Having visited numerous Chick-fil-A establishments in Charlotte, I can confidently affirm that this one stands out for its exceptional efficiency, thanks to its well-planned layout. In fact, it's the epitome of modernity among all Chick-fil-A locations in the city, boasting a sleek bardominium-style design.

Read moreI was asked to pull up and wait for this extremely light chicken sandwich. I would have preferred it be cooked a little longer and appear a little browner. I could not even eat it. Twice I’ve been to this location and had a very unpleasant encounter with an employee by the name of Jimena. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs some customer service training. The first time was when I walked up to the window and she just stared at me without greeting me. No hello or anything and I proceeded to place my order without her opening her mouth. Even when she handed me my receipt she didn’t say thank you or anything. Fast forward to me dealing with her in the drive through in which she was not polite when handing me my order or resolving my issue with my order that I has to ask for a manager. Unfortunately, at that time I didn’t see the sandwich until I got home and tossed it in the trash because it didn’t look or taste good. Read moreI am such a Chick-fil-A fan but this location has failed me. They are fairly new and I was so excited when they were building it because it is super close to me. I have been here about 5 times, giving them a chance to get it right and they just failed again today. My order was only correct one out of the 5 times. I order via the app like every other location and the gentleman told me he would tell his manager because they are not getting the information over from the app correctly. That would be a good excuse if the order wasn't accurate on my receipt they placed in the bag with my order. I feel like they should shut the location down for a day and redo training. When I asked the young lady to correct my order, she didn't apologize or anything and saw it was right on my receipt. She did take it back and correct it though.
