El Cibao Grocery Deli — Restaurant in Harrisburg

The first time I got prepared food from here, it was great. The rice was flavorful and the chicken fresh and well seasoned. Today I got a plate of the same type of dish, including platanos. Yo!! This place serves the best food! I first stopped in the grab some snacks to take to work and that's when I saw that they cook in there. I bought a dinner instead. Next time I went I bought two dinners because I couldn't decide on one.. they both we great! I tell everyone about this jewel of a restaurant! I definitely recommend this...

Ate here for the 1st time a few days ago. I still can’t believe how good the food was. I’ve spent more money at other places for less food and nowhere near as delicious.
