this is a terrible company, they got to me with a pop up that pretty much disabled my computer. I had to call them to get my computer to work again. But instead they ransomed my computer, they went into my bank account and tried to say that they gave me a refund for 869.99 when I had only been charged 79.99. They wanted me to go to walmart and get a money order to send back 700.00 to them. I went to my bank and discovered that they took the money from my savings. I was paying my self. I had to close my bank account so that they couldn't get any of my money. I had paid with my american express card so I called them and put the amount in dispute. But when I confronted them about them trying to steal my money they then tried to ransom my computer. They had control of it and I was locked out. They started at 700.00, then 500.00, then 300.00. I finally got control of my computer and I went in and deleted everything that they had put on my computer. Do not trust this company, they Lie and try to steal your money and they do nothing to "fix" your computer which never needed fixing in the first place. They are a Scam. Absolute Softech, Ltd. is a scam. The company makes you believe with loud sounds and scary graphics that they are part of Microsoft and that your computer is full of viruses right up until the moment they tell you its going to cost you money for them to fix your computer. They told me my computer would be worthless if I didn't let them fix it immediately. I fell for their scam paid $200, let them take over my computer for over an hour and then when I refused to give them a review until I saw that my computer really worked "Sam in manger" got rude and forceful. I proceeded to use my computer to find it working more slowly and some files were missing. Then I turned on my computer this morning to find it infected with a virus...how is that possible if Absolute Softtech really did fix my computer 48 hours ago. If you spend a little time researching this company you will see TONS of people claiming to be scammed just like me. DONT USE THIS COMPANY...

The quality of this service is extremely great. It supports other devices by letting you connect to different devices and being extremely open to any Bluetooth enabled device. It is very easy to navigate with and use. Their employees in this company are so nice and customer service is available 24/7 year around. They are always willing to help and give as much feedback as they possibly can. They are helpful because to them no question or concern is a stupid one. They are very open and honest company. Their service value is great because they take pride in their company and being there for their customers as much as possible. They always ask for customer feedback so they can become better as a company. They are customer based and will do anything just to keep their customers happy and to keep coming back time...
