Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Harrisburg

If you want your order messed up and to be yelled at then this is the place for you. WORST and I mean worst place we have ever been!!! We ordered online and noted no onions or peppers, when the pizza was delivered it was wrong when I called to get it fixed the girl that answered the phone was absolutely rude and said that we did not order it right. She would not refund or re make the order. I just can not believe she is still employed. I have never been talked to the way she spoke (yelled) at me. Pretty sad to say that Domino's has much better customer service than this place, don't waist your money. We will NEVER be back! The customer service is non existent. I was craving a Calzone and I asked is the cheeses could be mixed and I was told I don't have time to mix the cheeses. It only take a minute or two to put the cheeses in a bowl mix it and then put it on the dough. Hehas no interest is a happy customer. So I settled for a cheese steak and there was hardly any cheese on the steak. On top of that I asked for catchup and they go to hand us an almost empty and then just handed us 4 packets for two to use on the fries. Won't be coming...
