The GM Is extremely hostile. I always order pick up and go in to get it. I stood there for 12 minutes without anyone saying anything to me the GM was upset because the man trying to pick up mobile order didn't do something right. She stood where the put food in bags where the customer could clearly her what the GM was saying. She was speaking so horribly about this man and was loud enough for him to hear. Then she walks away again without even looking in my direction but she knew I was there because at that point I was the only other person in the lobby. Then a man comes in and walks right up to the counter and she starts helping him. At that point I asked the other customer if he could see me because I honestly was so confused as to how she was treating me. Then another guy comes in from outside and completely ignored me as well and then finally after waiting another 4 minutes he finally asked me if I needed help meanwhile the GM is helping the man that came in 10 minutes after me. It took 12 minutes. The GM needs an exorcism at this point. I was afraid to say anything because she was already hostile. And it's not like they had a crazy line. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and me and a gentleman picking up mobile. WHY DO YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU CLEARLY...

Minutes later he and other employees started talking and laughing at that customer.one employee started eating fries off someone's order.he the manager said stop.no I just playing I don't care girl eat them fries.i just watched to see this play out.this place is a joke.whoever owns this needs to go check on it .go like a customer see how it is ran.before I got out of line to leave a maintenance guy started a fight with a Spanish customer. He started telling customers the Spanish customer was doing things to others food.i could not believe this employee started this the emoyee started this.he had every customer on this Spanish guy. He egged it on.the customers cornered this Spanish guy.over a employee starting this. The Spanish guy was handicap. And was reaching for railing to hold onto. And this employee had him attacked in this restaurant. And the manager jumped on the wagon...

Of course there is that usual "our ice cream machines are down" excuse whenever you try to order frozen items especially on weekends. But that could almost be overlooked if everyday customer service at this location existed at a commendable level. Unfortunately it does not.
There is NEVER a "Welcome to McDonalds" greeting from staff when you enter the door. That tells me they are not happy a customer just walked in. Staff normally appears somewhat disoriented, like they have no clue what they should be doing at that particular moment or are waiting for someone else to take the initiative; this occurs whether one customer is in line or when there are multiple customers standing in line. Additionally staff at times can be brusque and dismissive. Is that telling a customer they are appreciated. Not sure that the "It's a privilege to serve you" concept is part of this McDonald's psyche. You hire good people, they need to be trained properly and instilled with a work ethic. Yes "work ethic" is not a bad word and is a valuable asset in employees...
